Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. General Information
The products are manufactured using additive manufacturing techniques.
This production process may result in visible layer lines, minor irregularities or variations in the surface finish. These characteristics are inherent to the manufacturing technique and do not constitute defects or a lack of conformity.
By completing the purchase, the Customer acknowledges and accepts these characteristics.
2. Orders and Payments
Orders may be placed directly through the website.
Payments are accepted using the payment methods indicated during checkout, such as credit card, PayPal or other available methods.
An order is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully received.
3. Shipping
Orders are shipped within Italy using a tracked courier service.
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and the destination. The estimated preparation time is generally between 3 and 5 business days, in addition to the courier’s delivery time.
The Seller shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond the Seller’s reasonable control, including strikes, logistical disruptions, carrier delays or other external events.
4. Returns and Refunds
Returns may be requested within 14 days for standard products that have not been personalised through the online configurator or produced on commission.
Where one or more components are missing, the return of the entire product will not normally be required. Instead, the missing component will be sent to the Customer at no additional cost.
The Customer is responsible for the costs of returning the product, except where the product is defective, damaged upon delivery or does not conform to the contract.
The refund includes the price paid for the standard product and, where applicable under consumer law, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Seller.
Additional delivery costs resulting from the Customer’s choice of express delivery or another delivery method that is more expensive than the standard delivery option will not be refunded.
For products that are made to measure or clearly personalised according to the Customer’s specific choices through the online configurator, including dimensions, shapes, colour combinations, finishes or engravings, the right of withdrawal is excluded pursuant to Article 59(c) of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005.
The Customer’s rights under the statutory guarantee of conformity remain unaffected.
Products created through the online configurator are made to order and personalised according to the specifications selected by the Customer.
By confirming the order, the Customer declares that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale, including the exclusion of the right of withdrawal applicable to personalised or made-to-measure products.
5. Personalised Products
Personalised products may be created upon request. In such cases, the Customer will receive a personalised quotation based on the requested specifications.
Personalised, commissioned and made-to-measure products cannot be returned or refunded, except where they are defective or do not conform to the agreed specifications.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from the use of the product.
Products must be used only for their intended purpose, such as use as a handbag, decorative storage item or similar accessory.
Nothing in this section limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
7. Verification of the Customer’s Identity and the Product’s Intended Use
The Seller reserves the right to carry out additional checks before confirming, processing or shipping an order where the shipping address, company name of the recipient or other information provided during the purchase reasonably suggests that the Customer operates in sectors including, but not limited to:

additive manufacturing;

rapid prototyping;

industrial machinery manufacturing;

product reproduction;

or other similar sectors.
In such cases, the Seller may request additional information from the Customer regarding the intended use of the purchased product before proceeding with shipment.
The Customer is free to provide or decline to provide such information. However, where no response is received, or where the information provided is considered insufficient to exclude a potential commercial conflict of interest, the Seller reserves the right to:

temporarily suspend the order while awaiting clarification;

cancel the order and issue a full refund of the amount paid within the time limits prescribed by law.
This right is exercised solely to protect the Seller’s legitimate commercial interests and does not constitute unlawful discrimination, as it is not based on any protected personal characteristic of the Customer.
The Seller undertakes to exercise this right reasonably, proportionately, in good faith and in accordance with the principles of fair commercial conduct pursuant to Article 1375 of the Italian Civil Code.
8. Amendments to These Terms
The Seller reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Any changes will apply only to orders placed after the updated Terms and Conditions have been published, unless otherwise required by law.
