All prices displayed on the website are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT, where applicable.

The Seller reserves the right to modify product prices, descriptions or availability at any time and without prior notice.

Any obvious errors in prices or product descriptions may also be corrected after an order has been received. Where such an error affects an order, the Customer will be informed before the order is processed.

Returns and Refunds

Products configured through the online configurator are made to order and personalised according to the specifications selected by the Customer.

Pursuant to Article 59 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, known as the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for personalised or made-to-measure products.

This exclusion does not affect the Customer’s rights under the statutory guarantee of conformity in the event that a product is defective or does not conform to the contract.

By confirming an order, the Customer declares that they have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Sale, including any applicable exclusion of the right of withdrawal for personalised or made-to-measure products.
